The Owner
From a very young age, I have been observant, organized, and independent. One memory that stood out to my mom happened when I was about three years old. She came into my bedroom to put my clothes away, and after watching her for a moment, I said, “No, mommy, it doesn’t go there.” So she handed the clothes to me so that I could put them where I wanted them to go. From then on, she let me put my own clothes away.
In college, I gravitated to leadership positions in the organizations I joined on campus. There I learned how to be a leader, to manage time and large groups of people, how to plan events, and how to create systems and processes for reaching goals.
These skills led to a position in college admissions at my alma mater. From there I worked in a variety of fields including retail, administration, customer service, and counseling. All these positions have given me greater knowledge about the systems and processes needed to run a business. They also gave me many opportunities to see factors within these organizations that could easily be changed to help them run more efficiently and save them time, money and/or stress.
Now as a business owner, I have the chance to help my clients run their organizations in the most efficient way possible for them. I know every business and business owner is unique, so no one method is going to work for everyone. I take the time to get to know you, how you run your business, and what goals you need or want to reach.
From clothes to business records, I've always had a knack for planning and organizing. I hope I can share that with you and help make your organization better.
